These rules explain how Avatyle accounts, picture profiles and prize information are handled. Specific published prize rules apply to that offer. If something is unclear, contact Avatyle before taking part.
Creating an account and reserving available picture space on Avatyle is free. Account, picture and area limits are shown on the site and may be changed for future use. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity on your account.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit your image, name, text and destination link. You keep ownership of your content and give Avatyle permission to store, resize, review, display and cache it as needed to operate the service. Do not submit unlawful or misleading material.
You must not submit pornography, sexually explicit material, adult services or links to adult websites, including destinations primarily promoting adult content. This rule applies to pictures, profile text, names and external links. Avatyle may reject or remove content and restrict accounts that breach it.
A submitted profile is not public until approved. Changes to a published profile—including its picture, text, category, size or destination URL—must also be approved before the change appears. While an edit is pending, the previous approved version remains public. Avatyle may suspend or remove any profile that violates these terms.
A profile can help visitors discover a website or social page, but Avatyle does not promise traffic, sales, search indexing, backlinks being followed, PageRank or ranking improvements. You are responsible for the page linked from your profile.
There may be no active prize at any time. A prize is available only if Avatyle publishes a specific offer with its prize, eligibility, selection method, dates and claim instructions. Potential prize values may range from £20 to £500; this range is not a guarantee that a prize will be offered or awarded.
A wall profile does not guarantee selection or a prize. Each offer must state its own selection criteria. The public winners page is a separate results log entered by the site owner after an award; it does not select a member or link a result to a pixel or game. Records are published only after permission to display the name and result has been confirmed.
Offer-specific closing and claim deadlines may apply. If the published rules say Avatyle will contact a selected person by email, check the inbox and spam or junk folder; a claim may expire if you miss the stated deadline. No payment or password should be requested to release a prize.
External websites and social networks have their own terms and privacy practices. Avatyle is not sponsored or administered by them unless a specific published offer expressly says so.
Use the Contact page to ask a question, report a profile or raise a concern about these rules. Avatyle may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
